Basic YK Plan
$225/year/person due at initiation includes:
- 2 routine dental cleanings/yr
- 2 comprehensive exams/yr

- Oral cancer screening
- Oral Hygiene Instructions
- Invisalign and implant consultations

Advanced YK Plan
$425/year/person due at initiation includes:
- 1 Deep cleaning (Scaling and root planing) for 2 quads/yr
- 1 periodontal maintenance appointment/yr
- 2 comprehensive exams/yr
- 2 Fluoride treatments/yr
- 2 Sets of Digital BiteWings/yr
- Periodontal evaluation

- Oral Hygiene Instructions
- Invisalign and implant consultations

3. FREE YK Dental Care Warranty
YK Dental Care will fix broken or failed treatment at no costs
Our policy:
This benefit is only available for patients who received treatments at YK Dental Care (limited to implants, and crown/bridges). YK Dental Care replaces a same treatment. For example, broken crown will be replaced with another crown. However, crown that became requiring an extraction will not be covered.
